YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT
If you purchased the service/product and haven’t received it yet, you’re eligible for a full refund. Alternatively you can choose to get a different product/service or get Store Credit for the paid sum.
WE ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE SERVICE ACCORDING TO OUR TERMS
If we’re unable to accomplish your order by any reason on our side, we will make a full refund or can offer you another service/product for a price not exceeding the one you have already paid. If you choose another service/product which is cheaper, we will refund you the difference between those two prices.
PRODUCT/SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED
When product/services has been already provided – refunds are not allowed. That being said in some specific cases we’re able to find a solution, so feel free to contact us.
ACCEPTABLE TIMEFRAME FOR A REFUND
Refunds are issued within 24 hours from refund decision. Please note that depending on Payment Service Provider and payment method used, it can take several days for your money to arrive back to your card/account/wallet. We have no control over that.
ACCEPTABLE TERMS FOR A REFUND
Full refunds are always sent by the same Payment Service Provider that was used to make original payment for the order.
If partial refunds can not be sent via the same Payment Service Provider used to make original payment, customer must provide their card number and partial refund will be sent on this card.
